Refund Policy

Vertical Power Solutions Ltd operates a fair and transparent refund policy.

Payments made for energy consumption are non-refundable once the service has been delivered by the supplier. However, in cases where service-related charges have been applied incorrectly or where a dispute is resolved in favour of the customer, refunds may be considered.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing and are reviewed within 10 working days. Where approved, refunds are processed through the original payment method wherever possible.

Our policy ensures that customers are treated fairly while maintaining the integrity of our billing and contractual obligations.
