Payments are collected via regulated methods such as bank transfer or Direct Debit, and we coordinate settlement with the underlying supplier while retaining an agreed service margin
Thirdly, we offer dispute resolution services to assist customers in resolving billing or contractual issues with suppliers, for which professional service fees may apply. All services are documented, traceable, and aligned with customer agreements.
