All services are provided under formal agreements, including supplier contracts and Letters of Authority where applicable. Customers acknowledge that energy supply is provided directly by licensed UK suppliers, and our role is limited to facilitation, billing administration, and support services.

Customers are responsible for timely payment of invoices issued after energy consumption. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in service suspension or additional charges as outlined in the agreement.

Our service fees, including commissions and margins, are incorporated within agreed pricing structures and disclosed within contractual terms. Dispute resolution services may be charged separately based on the complexity of the case.

We are not liable for supplier service interruptions, as supply obligations remain with the contracted energy provider. All terms are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and compliance with UK commercial practices.
